Terms of Service

These terms cover what you can expect from Sancorino and what we expect from you when you buy a digital product, book a 1-on-1 class, or use anything else on this site. Read them once — they're short on purpose.

1. Who we are

Sancorino is an Indonesian digital studio operated as a sole proprietorship by the site owner, based in Jakarta. We sell downloadable study materials, IELTS/JLPT prep, scholarship resources, and offer 1-on-1 classes online and (occasionally) in person.

2. Using this site

By browsing, signing up, buying, or booking, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• You must be at least 17 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials safe.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts to redistribute purchased materials counts as a breach (see §5).

3. Purchases of digital products

When you complete checkout, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for your own learning. You may not:

• Resell, re-distribute, or share the files publicly
• Upload them to file-sharing sites, public Drives, or torrents
• Use the content as training data for AI models without our written permission
• Remove our branding or claim authorship of our materials

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include any applicable VAT. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we don't add hidden fees.

4. Class bookings

When you book a slot at /book, the time is held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. If payment doesn't clear in that window, the slot is released back to everyone and you can pick another one.

Once your booking is confirmed

• Online classes: we'll email the meeting link before the session.
• In-person classes: the location is shown on your booking page and in the confirmation email.
• Reschedule: message us at least 24 hours before the slot and we'll move it to another open time, free.
• Cancellation by you within 24 h or no-show: the booking fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellation by us: if we can't make the session, we'll reschedule or refund in full.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Bayar.gg, our payment gateway, via QRIS and supported e-wallets. We never see or store your full payment-card details. By paying, you also accept Bayar.gg's Terms of Service.

Until our QRIS BAYAR GG (Premium) tier is enabled, the maximum single-order amount is Rp 499.000. Larger orders need to be split or arranged via direct invoice.

6. Refunds

Refund terms are summarized on the dedicated Refund Policy page and form part of these terms. In short: digital downloads aren't refundable once delivered, but class bookings can be rescheduled or refunded depending on when and why.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal under Indonesian law (UU ITE and related regulations apply)
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems
• Scrape the site without our permission
• Use stolen payment methods or attempt chargeback fraud
• Impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your identity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

7. Our content

Everything on this site — text, design, illustrations, downloadable materials — is owned by Sancorino or licensed to us. You get a license to use what you buy, not ownership of the underlying IP.

8. Third-party services

We use a small number of vendors to run the site. Using Sancorino means your data may pass through them as described in our Privacy Policy:

• Neon (PostgreSQL hosting — Singapore region)
• Vercel (web hosting + Blob file storage)
• Bayar.gg (payments)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Google (optional sign-in via OAuth)

9. Service availability

We aim for the site to be available 24/7 but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, vendor outages, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. We'll communicate via email or our social channels when a significant disruption is known.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Indonesian law, Sancorino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the materials. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Updated" date at the top changes when we do. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or a banner on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that can't be resolved by direct conversation will be handled by the District Court of Jakarta Selatan.
