01I lost my download link — how do I get my files back?
Your files live in your library forever — sign in and re-download anything you've bought, anytime. The receipt email also keeps a permanent download link. If neither works, email us with your order number and we'll resend access within a few hours.
02Do you offer refunds?
Because Sancorino sells digital files that download immediately, all sales are final and we don't issue refunds once payment clears. See our refund policy for details. If you were charged in error or the file is broken, email us — we'll make it right.
03My QRIS payment expired — was I charged?
QRIS codes expire after about 30 minutes. If your bank confirmed the transfer but our system said it expired, you'll see a pending charge — it usually reverses within 1–3 business days automatically. Forward us your bank receipt at hello@sancorino.shop and we'll trace it the same day.
04I paid but didn't get a receipt email.
Three things to check, in order: check spam for mail from hello@sancorino.shop; make sure you used the right email at checkout (your library lists past orders by email); and wait up to 2 minutes — some providers buffer. If still missing, sign in and open your orders — every receipt is permanently re-downloadable from there.
05Why didn't I get a sign-in email?
Three things, in order: check your spam folder for mail from hello@sancorino.shop; wait up to 2 minutes if you're on a university or workplace mail server; if it still hasn't arrived, request a new link from the sign-in page. Sign-in links expire in 24 hours and only work once.
06A file won't open or seems broken.
Re-download from your library (sometimes the first try is interrupted). PDFs need a recent reader or any modern browser. MP3s open in any audio player. ZIP files need unpacking first. Still broken? Email the file name and your order number — we'll send a replacement within hours.
07Can I share my files with a friend?
Files are licensed for personal use — one buyer per copy. If you'd like to gift a copy, buy a second one in their name (use their email at checkout) and we'll send the access directly to them.
08How do bookings work?
Pick an open slot on the bookings page, fill in your details, and pay. You'll get a confirmation email immediately with the meeting link (or location, for in-person slots). Slots are held for 30 minutes during checkout; if payment doesn't clear in that window the slot opens back up.
09I want to delete my account — what happens to my files?
Your purchased files stay reachable through the original receipt emails forever — deleting your account doesn't take those away. What it does take: your library page, profile, and any saved details. Open Account settings → scroll to "Delete account".
