Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page covers when we'll refund, when we won't, and how to actually ask. Short version: digital files are non-refundable once delivered, but booked classes can be rescheduled or refunded depending on timing.
1. Digital products (downloads)
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be un-downloaded, all sales are final once payment clears and the file becomes available in your library. By checking out, you explicitly agree to this and waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UU Perlindungan Konsumen for distance-sold digital goods.
Exceptions where we'll always refund
- The file is broken or empty. Email us within 7 days and we'll either fix the file or refund in full.
- You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate within 7 working days.
- You didn't actually receive the file (e.g. the download link 404s and we can't resend a working one).
- The product was mis-described in a way that materially changes what you bought.
2. Class bookings
Bookings are more flexible because we're trading our time.
You can reschedule, free
Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the slot start and we'll move it to any other open time without charge. No limit on how many times you can reschedule, as long as each request is at least 24 h ahead.
You can cancel for a refund — same 24-hour rule
- More than 24 h before the slot: full refund, minus the Bayar.gg gateway fee (~2%).
- Within 24 h or no-show: the booking fee is non-refundable — that slot was held for you and we couldn't sell it to someone else.
- Technical issue on your side (poor connection, wrong meeting link, etc.) — we'll reschedule once, free. Beyond that, the fee stands.
We cancel — always a full refund or a free reschedule
If we have to cancel a session for any reason — illness, travel, equipment failure — we'll offer you either a full refund (including the Bayar fee, on us) or a free reschedule. Your choice.
3. How to request a refund
- Email hello@sancorino.shop with the subject "Refund — order #XXXXXX". Include the order email and a short reason.
- We'll reply within one business day to confirm.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days back to your original payment method. Bayar.gg may take another 1–5 days depending on your bank or e-wallet.
WhatsApp works too if it's urgent (e.g. you need to cancel a class in the next few hours).
4. Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please talk to us first — we're a small team and we'll always try to resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us is treated as bad-faith and may result in account suspension and revocation of any downloaded files.
5. Currency and exchange-rate movement
Refunds are processed in Indonesian Rupiah in the exact amount you paid. If you originally paid via a foreign card and the exchange rate has moved since, the IDR amount is what you get back — any FX-rate difference is between you and your bank.
6. This policy and our Terms
This refund policy is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time; the "Updated" date at the top changes when we do.
